Limitation Of Liability:
When visiting our website, you are not only agreeing to the conditions outlined below and the possibility of their changing, but you are also agreeing to accept responsibility for any loss or damage you may incur from using or website.
Thereby as a company, we have the right to amend these terms at any time, by adding, removing or modifying their contents.
We at Perfume Shops are not liable for any issues caused by misuse of our site, and encourage you to read through our materials carefully.
We aim to process all deliveries as quickly as possible, once full payment is received.
We charge a flat rate of $9.99 on all orders, with the exception of some larger items that may not qualify for our standard shipping rates. In these instances we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know of any extra charges incurred.
We aim to dispatch the package on the day when the payment receipt is received, provided the order is submitted before 8 am.
For any order processed after 8 am, we ship it the following working day.
Under extenuating circumstances, if any delay happens, we make sure to contact you as early as possible.
Please note that the expected standard delivery time for Australian shipping is 2 to 7 working days. The expected delivery time may vary for certain regions and can reach around 27 days.
Our shipping is currently limited to Australian territories only, although we hope to unroll international shipping soon, and ask that you check back for more information in the near future.
Please note, however, that we cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused during delivery or for any products lost in transit.
Either of these issues must be resolved with the shipping company itself, although we are able to offer replacements in certain circumstances.
Return & Refunds:
In the interest of efficiency, we classify our refunds into the following two categories:
Broken or Damaged products – If your product is damaged in transit, you can return this for a full refund, providing we approve this return. As we only dispatch fully sellable items, any products received damaged are the result of mishandling by the courier, and we must therefore assess the situation before agreeing to a return. Please contact the delivery courier before submitting for a refund through our company.
Incorrect products – In the unlikely event that we mail the incorrect product to you, we accept full responsibility for this problem and will offer a refund. Please contact customer service if this has happened to you, and we will send a replacement once we receive the incorrect product as a return.
We offer returns as a last resort, if no other solutions can be found in an effort to resolve your issues.
As a company, we fully comply with the Australian Consumer Protection Legislation, and therefore offer a full return refund within 14 days of purchase—providing you are able to submit a valid reason for your return.
Unopened products will be refunded in full, and your refund will be submitted through the same method of payment used at checkout. We are unable to refund items purchased in error, however, so please check your order thoroughly before completing. We are also unable to refund postage costs.
Perfume Shops respects the law, as well as your personal wellbeing. For this reason, we have expressly or implicitly disclaimed all warranties relating to the merchantability and salability of our products and services. We cannot, however, guarantee or provide a warranty stating that all documents, goods or services provided are free from any errors or that any errors will be corrected upon detection. We also cannot guarantee that our website will be safe from viruses or other issues that pay prove harmful to you, the user.
We work hard to ensure that our content is up to date and represents our business as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that this policy is accurate and relevant. It is your responsibility as the user to to accept liability for any issues that may arise from the use of our website or any content and products that we provide.
Due to the high demand, some of the products go out of stock frequently. However, we are accepting back orders for those products. Please feel free to place your order only if you are happy to wait.
